"First, let me just say that I normally do not leave reviews of any kind. However, I am extremely thrilled to share my honest experience with others on the customer care I received from the Consumer Protection Group.
Thank the Lord about the Consumer Protection Group. Desperate for help, I called pleading for assistance on a voicemail. Shockingly, I got a phone call back in less than 15 minutes! I spoke to a Christopher Miller who told me he wasn't sure he would be able to rectify this kind of claim, but he gave me his word that he would do everything to help me, and let me tell you, not only did he help me, but he did better than that Better Business Bureau and the bank together. From the moment he got involved to the very end, he did not play with these people. I presented him with proof of emails, and he told me to leave the rest to him.
